Choosing a degree in a telecommunications based discipline was not a hard
decision to make. Since the summer holiday period of 1998, when I completed six
week of work experience for an __ company__, to working as a Switch Operations
Technician for the popular mobile operator, ______, I have been involved, one
way or an other in telecommunications. Since leaving employment with ______, I
have found it very difficult to find work within the same industry. As it has
been pointed out to me that I do not have a degree, I have decided to study
towards gaining one to aid my career development.
